Chief Operating Officer

Chamara Perera has 20 years of experience in post-secondary institutions and collaborated with American and Canadian universities and Colleges. Chamara has in-depth knowledge of project coordination and management, and an understanding of policies, procedures, and processes in order to support external and internal clients. Chamara enjoys assisting and guiding students and staff and is delighted to extend his teamwork competencies. Chamara has extensive experience in multilingual educational and professional work environments. Chamara holds American credentials: an Associate of Science Degree in Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and an MBA in Human Resource Management.

She has over 15 years of experience in the field of education and the private sector, Anoush has extensive experience in operations management and a passion for development, education and customer service. with many years of experience in operations and campus director, Anoush has ability to create and maintain a strong collaborative performance culture, develop an inclusive work environment, and drive respect, innovation, and creativity is demonstrated by her ability to consistently achieve student satisfaction, reduce attrition and improve retention. Anoush holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and governance from University of Toronto and Master of public policy and administration specializing in education from Mcmaster University.

Inoka de Silva

Director of Career Services

Inoka is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Business Consulting. She has also worked with the Private Career College Sector in Canada for over 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to Career Services. She has guided numerous students to ensure that they are job-ready graduates. She is a passionate Career Services professional and has fostered many Employer partnerships over the years in the community. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, Texas, USA.

Cristina is a dedicated finance professional with a wealth of experience in financial aid administration. She commenced her journey at AOLCC in March 2020, serving as a Senior Financial Aid Officer. Cristina’s academic background includes a degree in Accounting from Jose Rizal University in the Philippines. Prior to her tenure at AOLCC, she brought her expertise to Everest College and Medix College.

Cristina’s commitment extends beyond the financial realm, as she is known for her enthusiasm in engaging with students, guiding them through their financial aid processes. Outside of the office, she finds joy in pursuing her passions for sports and travel.

With a proven track record in financial management and a heart dedicated to education and personal growth, Cristina is a valuable asset to the AOLCC team.

Nicole D'Eri

PSW Clinical Coordinator/Employment Specialist

Nicole brings more then 20 year’s experience in both office/medical as a highly skilled and experienced professional in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in office administration, which offers a unique blend of organizational and clinical expertise to this role. She has worked with various healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community health centers.

Her background is a degree in Medical Office Administration from Everest College and General arts and science -pre-Nursing from Centennial College

Her role involves organizing and overseeing the clinical schedules of PSWs for their practicum which provides them a hands-on experience in the field and assisting them in finding employment after they graduate.

With three years of experience as an International Admission Advisor, she is well-positioned to facilitate and deliver excellent productivity to help students evaluate and apprehend their educational and career preferences. She is accustomed to the rigors of fast-paced, highly regulated environments that require sharp attention to detail. She provides guidance, advice, and assistance throughout the enrollment process, ensuring students receive accurate and consistent information.

Additionally, she has two years of experience as an Office Administrator, where she has developed strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Her responsibilities included handling student admissions, registrations, reports, and contracts. She is self-directed and has actively participated in multiple group activities involving diverse groups of individuals and settings.

On a personal note, she loves and always enjoys meeting new people, effortlessly finding common ground with strangers and having a talent for making people feel comfortable in her presence. This sociable nature proves particularly beneficial, especially when interacting or connecting with students.
